This time of year is always a little bit grey and gloomy after the sparkle of Christmas; although it’s a time of resolutions and new starts, so let’s do this more warmly and luxuriously. Following on from the beautiful scents by Kodo, I was sent the Oud Maracuja by Maison Crivelli. As soon as I opened the beautiful box, I could smell the sumptuous warm oud scent straight away, before it was even lit.

Oud Maracujá takes you to the heart of an old wood forest and presents you with an exotic contrast between the thirst-quenching freshness of passion fruit and the tropical heat of oud wood, when I lit this beautiful candle; the scent filled the room ( this is rare, so many times I’ve fallen for a scent and then it does nothing!).

You’ve probably seen via my previous editorial, I’m smitten with Mahsa Nejati’s clinic and products, so when I was sent a beautifully packed parcel from her over Christmas I couldn’t wait to open it.

It’s not often I write about skincare within a fortnight, however; two weeks ago I was sent the Skin Diary Night Repair Therapy.
