According to Bloomberg, the wellness industry is a big, global business with $5.6 trillion in revenue in 2022, according to a new report from the Global Wellness Institute. By 2027, it is expected to grow an additional 57%, to $8.5 trillion, that’s about twice as large as Germany’s gross domestic product. The GWI defines the industry as ‘the active pursuit of activities, choices and lifestyle that lead to a state of holistic health”.
My last wellness contribution included the amazing Nejati Clinic and I wanted to start my round-up of places and people with an incredible lady who is based at their clinic.
Sarah Bradden
Based at the Nejati Clinic, I was invited to meet her after Mahsa Nejati suggested The Sarah Bradden Method would be the perfect treatment for me. This has been specifically designed to treat you and your individual needs – simultaneously healing you on both the inside and outside
The actual appointment was amazing, as you can imagine I’m super lucky that my job means I get to see all the latest beauty trends first-hand, but this is more than a trend.
Her treatment room is ultramodern, and the bed that you lie on has a PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) mat which incorporates crystal, negative ion, and infrared therapies to provide a deep level of healing. She explains that it works by sending a low-level frequency throughout the body to recharge cells, speed recovery, and calm the central nervous system. It’s been scientifically proven to improve chronic pain conditions, ease inflammation, and improve immune response.
Described as a ‘spiritual reset and facelift’, Sarah credits facial acupuncture as a powerful anti-ageing practice to boost skin renewal and achieve a more youthful appearance. The finest quality needles are gently inserted into the face, neck, ears and body, combined with reiki, reflexology, massage, LED light therapy and activated oxygen, Sarah’s unique method helps create homeostasis within the system, leading to improved health, and appearance and positive state of mind; our skin is our biggest organ, so why wouldn’t you treat it with love and care.
Sarah focused on placing the acupuncture needles around my ears and forehead, the minute they were placed in my skin it was like the first wave of tension disappearing. For me, it wasn’t only the aesthetic outcome, albeit this was instant in the release of tension and the softening of my face, the instant lifting effect is real. It’s the combination of East meets West; a perfect match of ancient medicine and the latest technology.
The first thing you learn from Sarah is her open and honest approach, reassuringly she states (as do I) that she’s a morning person and it can be the most productive part of her day, her warm professional demeanour creates a safe space; whether it’s over the phone or at the clinic, she has this way of instantly calming you.
Sarah created the Bradden Method from personal experience, ill health over four years was the side effect of a toxic relationship that made her homeless. Doctors suggested everything from Crohn’s to removing part of her intestine. When Sarah discovered acupuncture, it was ‘like the nudge my body needed to heal itself’.
This started a love affair with healing; herself and others. Sarah is one of those amazing people with an intuitive aura that can read and heal; combined with being a Reiki master she is an expert that can bring the body back to where it should be.
Before we said our goodbyes on the post-appointment phone call, I asked her for a sentence to conclude this part of my editorial, which I think summed Sarah’s ethos up. “For me to be able to feel like normal, look normal, to change in such a positive way after being ill for so long, I wanted to create a safe space for others”.

Zen Clinic
ZEN Healthcare is a one-stop destination for pharmacy, beauty and wellness services in London. They have four locations: Beauchamp Place in Knightsbridge, an area I know well, Holborn, a vibrant and cultural neighbourhood close to the British Museum; Baker Street, a historic and iconic street and Hampstead a quaint, bohemian district renowned for its artistic and literary heritage.
It’s a full clinic comprising a talented multidisciplinary team of private general practitioners (GP), anti-ageing doctors, pharmacists, nutritionists, acupuncturists, dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, beauty & holistic therapists, homoeopaths, BHRT experts (hormone specialists), psychotherapists and intravenous infusion specialists.
As you may have seen by my previous editorial, I’m a huge fan of wellness from the inside out. So, the opportunity to book in for IV drips was high on my list of wellness treatments. It’s an intravenous vitamin infusion containing Magnesium, B vitamin complex, and Vitamin C used to enhance the immune system, improve fatigue and migraines, and reduce symptoms of fibromyalgia, allergies and asthma.
The method of employing IV Vitamin Drips and Booster Injections provides a distinctive approach to enhancing your wellness and health. By using an intravenous (IV) Drip or an Intramuscular (IM) injection, vital nutrients are introduced directly into the bloodstream or muscle. The only delivery method where you get 100% bioavailability directly into the bloodstream while bypassing the GI tract for instant benefits.
These types of IV drip infusions generally take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour and take place within a medical office with a licensed medical professional observing the infusion. A vitamin that’s taken by mouth gets broken down in the stomach and digestive tract and is limited in how much can be absorbed (50 per cent), however, the vitamin is given through an IV, it’s absorbed at a much higher percentage (90 per cent).
IV drips vitamin infusions are being used for a wide variety of health concerns. Conditions that have responded positively to the Myers’ cocktail treatment include asthma, migraines, chronic fatigue syndrome, muscle spasms, pain, allergies, and sinus and respiratory tract infections have also shown promising results to IV vitamin infusions. Many people are also using IV vitamin therapy for quick rehydration after an intense sporting event, such as running a marathon, to cure a hangover, or for improved skin clarity.

Hattie Puddle Wellness
Life has a way of surprising us, taking us on unexpected journeys that reshape our entire existence. Such is the case for Hattie Puddle, who, after spending her youth immersed in a carefree lifestyle, embarked on a transformative path that ultimately led them to become a passionate advocate for holistic wellness.
The turning point in Hattie’s life arrived with the birth of her beautiful son, Cosmo. This momentous occasion triggered a profound re-evaluation of everything – from personal values to life’s purpose.
The desire to lead a life marked by balance and purpose became a driving force, “As soon as Cosmo entered this world, I knew I wanted to be the best version of myself for him and my family,” Hattie reflects. “I wanted to be a pillar of strength, balanced, at peace, whole…happy.“
Thus began Hattie’s journey into the world of wellness, a quest for mental and physical strength through transformative practices. These practices allowed her to become a beacon of strength for those around her with her main areas of focus being many things including, Gut Health and Inflammation, Weight Management, Anxiety and stress management and Relationships Trauma. We can all relate to this at some stages in our lives and now post covid we are all more aware than ever.
Described by her clients as “not your average health coach” due to her honesty and total nonjudgmental rapport, Hattie will work together with you on establishing your main health and lifestyle concerns to create a deeper understanding of what you want to achieve.
I can honestly say firsthand this is definitely not the case for the average health coach, Hattie and I potentially trod a similar path in similar parts of London albeit I’m a little older than her! My path with her is a long-term goal, but I really wanted to share what she does.
Hattie emphasizes. “We will then build a bespoke wellness action plan to guide you gently and empower you toward a well-nourished mind, body, and soul.“

House of Roxy
I discovered Margo and Roxy Marrone via the Organic Pharmacy, the London-based mother/daughter duo consisting of Margo a Shaman, Pharmacist, Herbalist, Entrepreneur and Potion maker and Roxy Events Coordinator, Functional Medicine Practitioner and lover of, magic and nature together created House of Roxy to bring beautiful objects imbued with magic, energy and power into everyday life.
I’ve been chatting to Roxy regarding the launch of her Vegan beauty brand Eyeam and her incredible manifesting workshops in Battersea Power Station’s northwest chimney.
The idea of harnessing lunar power is nothing new. Full moon rituals have been practised for millennia, to release limit beliefs, set intentions, manifest your desires and connect with the universe. There’s something very magical about it all, whatever your beliefs. The view from the top of the chimney is already breathtaking – you feel like you are on top of the world. And if you come during a full moon, it is spectacular with the moon right there, so close.
The workshop takes place in the lift capsule. Participants are invited to sit on floor cushions, and with notebook and pen in hand, Roxy takes you through a series of questions aimed at self-discovery.
Elevated 109 metres above ground, under the power of the moon and with awe-inspiring views of the London skyline, expert spiritual practitioner Roxy Marrone will guide you through meditation and self-development exercises to help manifest your dreams, shifting your mindset to becoming more abundant and open to all that life has to offer.
I am so excited for the first workshop of 2024, find more info online on Roxy and what she does.
Wellness Foundry
Previously, Fiongal Greenlaw worked as a fashion designer for over eight years, heading up design houses in London and overseas. His health, both mental and physical, hit a crisis point because of the pressure he was putting on himself. This stress reached its lowest ebb when he was hospitalised for five days. His symptoms couldn’t be diagnosed by doctors, nor treated by conventional medicine.
“Desperate for alternative results, I began a journey to find a solution to my condition. Firstly, I tried acupuncture and then discovered Reiki and yoga. Subsequently, this led me to develop and manage my psychic gifts, which were at the root of my health crisis. The relief I felt from understanding what my experiences were trying to tell me was great, I knew I had to share these discoveries with others”.
As a result, he set up The Wellness Foundry, London in 2018. Now he could share his findings, teachings and gifts with others. Since opening, he’s worked with hundreds of clients, offering Tarot readings and intuitive development. In addition, he offers 1:1 spiritual life coaching and psychic mentorship, as well as sold-out workshops and retreats.
Fiongal calls readings an ‘energetic exchange’, and compares it to a conversation. “Imagine meeting someone at a party and being very standoffish with them – it would be hardly surprising that the connection didn’t flow very well” he shares and goes on to explain that reading is the same. Keep an open mind and heart, he recommends – if you close yourself off from a possibility before even trying it, you could miss out.
