The massage itself was a delightful blend of gentle strokes and invigorating pressure, designed to stimulate circulation and relieve muscle tension. As the soothing oils enveloped my skin, I could feel the stresses of everyday life melting away. The serene ambience of the spa, complete with calming music and the faint scent of essential oils, enhanced the overall experience.
