Laser Hair Removal
Bondi At Home is the brainchild of Trish Coulton, who has 20 years of professional hair removal experience and has poured her knowledge into creating this handset. The handset is designed to target all shades of brown and black hair and is supposedly safe to use even on sensitive skin. It delivers 300,000 flashes and Bondi promises a lamp life of 10 years. As the ‘lucky’ owner of very thick dark hair, I was rather happy to receive this!
Despite being one of the more reasonably priced home lasers on the market, I’d read great reviews. There are eight intensity settings, more than your average home kit, and once plugged in, you simply need to switch it on, choose what level you feel comfortable with, and press the black button as the laser blinks its way across your skin. This is 100% the painless alternative to waxing or epilators.
For legs and underarms, you need to use the gadget once to twice a week for 12 weeks and, for the rest of your body, you need to use it once a week for 12 weeks. Legology
This lemon-scented oil not only smells great, but it actually works. Legology’s website claims that the product is different, with a unique LYMPHOLOGY® AROMATIC COMPLEX that combines aromatherapy and detoxifying ingredients to release fluids. These fluids, trapped between the fat cells in your body, are what cause those cellulite bumps. Legology ‘frees the fluid’ and reduces the cellulite!
These are rather strong claims, as cellulite is the bane of many women’s lives and it affects all shapes and sizes. This works and it does what it says, however, you do need to invest time into this too.
For fear of sounding like a stuck record: routine, drinking water and movement help, but I followed the instructions and it makes a huge difference (I also paired it with a cellulite roller from White Lotus). In conclusion, a true anti-cellulite hero that you can purchase here.

I was kindly sent Lalique’s Soleil Vibrant Roll-on perfume, which is the perfect on-the-go fragrance application, available in a plant oil-based formulation and the ideal size for hand luggage at less than 100ml.

Collagen Reinforce by Elizabeth Grant
I was rather lucky with a stunning parcel with amazing products from Elizabeth Grant, and these have now become my routine of choice. However, as I needed to travel to Mallorca for work, I automatically picked up the Collagen Reinforce Triple Strength Miracle Concentrate.
This is a lightweight concentrated skin-strengthening treatment with active ingredients formulated to help plump, firm and strengthen the appearance of the skin. Soleil Vibrant Hair Mist

This was part of the amazing parcel I received from Legology. This is a cooling jelly mask with its trademark lemon scent. The benefits are immediate when your legs (and especially shins) look and feel dry and or heavy after a hot day in the sun and sea. My favourite way to use this is to literally slather on at the end of the day post-shower with legs against the wall and wait 10 minutes to let it sink in. You can purchase Legology here!
